Joyce has overall responsibility for all areas in the HR function, including talent acquisition, performance management, immigration, employee relations, compensation and benefits. Prior to joining Kerogen in 2020, Joyce worked at Snow Lake Capital, a Hong Kong / Beijing based hedge fund, and the Global Mobility Service Team at Goldman Sachs.

Joyce graduated with a Bachelor of Art degree in Economics from University of California, San Diego.
