Bonnie is a member of the Compliance Team.

Bonnie has over 6 years of experience in handling company secretarial and due diligence matters of Hong Kong and offshore companies. Prior to joining Kerogen in 2024, Bonnie worked as a Senior Associate in corporate services team at Vistra (Hong Kong) Limited and was responsible for statutory filings, maintaining entity governance and overseeing board and shareholder proceedings for client entities.

Bonnie holds a BBA (Honours) in Corporate Governance from Hong Kong Shue Yan University, and a Master of Science degree in Corporate Governance and Compliance from Hong Kong Baptist University. She is also a qualified Chartered Secretary and Chartered Governance Professional.
